Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they have been shipped. If your order has already been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packing and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal after the package has arrived at your home.

Please note that:

• The football shirt must not be worn

• The football shirt must not be washed

Damaged or Defective Products

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
Simply contact us and we will provide a return address and offer either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
